History
Founded in 2018, Multiply Hub (Pty) Ltd is VAT registered. Multiply Hub grew out of Multiply Training. What started as learning and development work kept revealing the same truth: businesses don't just need better-trained people — they need better-built systems. So we expanded to serve both. Since Ai entered the mainstream, Multiply has been at the forefront — helping businesses adopt these tools practically, responsibly, and in a way that actually multiplies results.
Andre von Mollendorff
Andre von Mollendorff holds an Honours and Master's degree in Practical Theology — a uniquely human lens on leadership that bridges personal development with business systems and organisational success.
With 25+ years of experience spanning NGOs, tertiary education, human resources, and retail, he has led teams across sectors and seen what separates businesses that multiply from those that stagnate.
Andre has a deep understanding of how to transition businesses into the future — not by knowledge alone, but through the practical implementation of the tech tools and Ai needed to help businesses multiply.
Sicelo Bani
Sicelo is a passionate trainer with a strong background in youth development, community leadership, and team empowerment.
With over a decade of experience guiding young people through mentorship, skills training, and personal growth programs, he brings energy, discipline, and purpose into every learning environment.
Beyond his community work, Sicelo has gained diverse experience in hospitality, technical support, logistics, and operations management — giving him a well-rounded perspective on both people and business.
Nathan von Mollendorff
Nathan is on his final stage of his BCom Economics from Stellenbosch University. He has a passion about the intersection of Micro and Macro economics and how businesses can automate their services using Ai.
